In-office Therapy
The main therapy office is located within the renovated grain silo at the barn. While most of the “in office” counseling DOES happen within the office, our space allows us the flexibility to meet outside, walk the Montana dirt roads, or sit by the river for sessions. If you have specific questions about how our unique, natural approach to talk therapy can help you, fill out a contact form and Claire will reach out to you quickly.
Equine Assisted Therapy
Our Equine Assisted Therapy program centers around one main idea: horses provide us with the opportunity to create intentional, mindful and connected relationships that allow us to explore our own patterns, and practice new patterns in real time. When we work with horses, we are challenged to be aware of our own state of regulation, our own communication patterns, and the ways we approach others. This relationship, supported by traditional therapeutic interventions, allows us to practice healthy connections in a deep and meaningful way. No horse experience needed!
Currently, the equine assisted therapy program runs as a supplement to talk-therapy, with occasional sessions supporting the work done in the office. Claire provides equine assisted therapy workshops and groups to local non-profits seeking to provide services to under-served populations in the area.
